Today, Out the Mud Entertainment ran.
Not just for the cardio. Not just for the miles.
We ran because it symbolizes everything OTM stands for: motion, momentum, and discipline.
This National Running Day, the Out the Mud Entertainment team didn’t just acknowledge the day; we embodied it. Side by side, we stepped onto the pavement and clocked miles that meant more than just distance. It was a reminder of why health and wellness are non-negotiable, especially when building something bigger than yourself.
And it all started with one vision and one purpose.
The Timothy Outing Effect
If there’s one person who reshaped how we approach our health, it’s Timothy Outing, our CPO and the physical engine of OTM. It wasn’t some significant initiative. It was him showing up. Every day, to the gym, to the grind. To the process. Quietly, consistently, and intentionally. That energy didn’t go unnoticed; it ignited something in all of us.
Eventually, we weren’t just watching, we were joining. Whether it was running, lifting, training, or eating clean, Timothy’s commitment rubbed off. It made us not only want to move but to move better as individuals and as a team.
More Than Fitness: It’s Mental and Corporate Wellness
Being a part of OTM means you’re not just chasing success. You’re building legacy, art, culture, and business from the ground up. But you can’t do that if your health is in the red.
Running today reminded us that:
A clear mind starts with a strong body.
Focus is easier when your heart is pumping, and your lungs are open.
Collaboration happens better when energy levels are high, and moods are balanced.
We’re not fitness influencers. We’re creators, strategists, performers, and entrepreneurs. But wellness is the bridge that connects our personal goals with our business mission.
The OTM Shift
National Running Day might be one day on the calendar. But for us? It’s a checkpoint in a lifestyle we’ve already committed to. We’ve watched our team show up harder in the studio, at meetings, and during performances because we’ve started showing up for ourselves in the gym and on the track.
Today’s circuit workout was another moment where OTM proved that grit doesn’t stop at the office door. It follows you into your workout and back into your work ethic.
We’re building more than music, literature, and culture.
We’re building resilience.
WE ARE THE NEW WAVE! A CULTURAL MOVEMENT!
